The Starter plan includes all of Yeti’s core features: unlimited chatbots, messages, automations, broadcasts, and access to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website channels. It does not include external automation credits or team member access.
External automation credits are used when your chatbot or automation connects to third-party tools (like Shopify, Google Sheets, Razorpay, etc.). Each action (e.g., sending a product, updating a sheet) consumes 1 credit, even if it’s from the same app.
Sure! If your WhatsApp chatbot uses 4 Shopify actions — for example:

Fetch Product
Abandoned Cart Trigger
Payment Link
That flow will consume 4 credits when executed.
That flow will consume 4 credits when executed.
Your automation flows that rely on external apps will pause until credits are topped up.
You can also upgrade to the Growth or Enterprise plan for bundled credits.
Team member access is not included by default in the ₹3000 Starter plan, but you can opt for additional team members as an add-on. If you need full team collaboration tools, the ₹4000 Growth plan or a custom Enterprise plan is recommended.
