How Yeti collects, uses, shares and protects information.
Last Updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IncrediBee Private Limited, operator of Yeti (“we”, “us”), handles personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, use Yeti, contact us, or connect third-party services.
We collect information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, country, account credentials, workspace details, support communications and billing or transaction references. Payment card and banking details may be collected directly by our payment providers rather than stored by Yeti.
When you use the Service, we process content and records needed for its features, which may include contacts, messages, media, templates, campaign and automation data, catalogue or order data, integration settings, and logs. We also collect technical information such as device and browser data, IP address, cookie identifiers, usage events and error or security logs.
We use information to provide and administer Yeti; authenticate users; operate workspaces, messaging, campaigns, automations, analytics and support; process subscriptions; secure and troubleshoot the Service; communicate service information; comply with law; enforce our terms; and improve existing features. We use information for marketing where permitted and honour applicable opt-out rights.
If you connect a third-party service, we exchange the information needed to perform the actions you request. Integrations may include Meta products such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, as well as Telegram, Google, Shopify, payment providers and other services you choose.
Data received from third-party APIs is handled in accordance with this policy, the permissions you grant, applicable law, and the relevant provider terms. Third parties process information under their own privacy policies. You can disconnect integrations through available settings or the third-party provider, although we may retain records where legally or operationally required.
Yeti’s use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Yeti uses Google Workspace API data only to provide user-facing features requested by the user, including Google Sheets integrations, workflow automations, and Google Calendar functionality.
Yeti does not use, transfer, or sell Google Workspace API data—including raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data—to create, train, or improve generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Where a user explicitly invokes an AI-powered Yeti feature that requires relevant Yeti CRM data as context, such processing is limited to providing that user-facing functionality and is subject to Yeti’s Limited Use obligations.
Yeti does not use Google Workspace API data for advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness, or sale to data brokers or information resellers.
We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, analyse and operate Yeti; with connected platforms when you direct an integration; within your workspace according to roles and permissions; in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards; or where required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse. We do not sell personal information for money.
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies required for login, preferences, security, performance and analytics. Where required, you can manage non-essential cookies through the consent controls shown on the site or through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of Yeti from working.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and secure transmission where appropriate. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it is processed. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and opt out of marketing communications. We may verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires.
Yeti is intended for business users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to Yeti, law or our practices. We will post the updated version here and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
