Terms & Conditions

Terms governing access to and use of Yeti.

Last Updated: May 2026

Acceptance of Terms

Yeti is operated by IncrediBee Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and IncrediBee Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”) concerning your access to and use of Yeti, its websites, applications, software, networks and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Yeti integrates with third-party services and official APIs, including social and messaging platforms. Those services may change or discontinue features outside our control. Refunds relating to third-party service changes will be handled in accordance with our Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.

Use of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the rules of any connected platform.

You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or operation, distribute malicious code, scrape non-public areas, impersonate others, infringe third-party rights, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, or use the Service to facilitate fraud or other illegal activity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use Yeti for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account and for ensuring that your users comply with these Terms.

Payment Terms

Paid features require payment of the fees, taxes and other charges shown when you purchase. Pricing and plan features may change prospectively after reasonable notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Payment Authorisation

You authorise IncrediBee Private Limited and its payment service providers to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes. You must keep your billing information current and are responsible for charges authorised through your account.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and the process for requesting a legally required or expressly offered refund are described in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions may renew automatically for the billing period disclosed at purchase. You may cancel through the available account settings or by emailing hi@yeti.marketing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and becomes effective at the end of the already-paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Access continues until then, and already-paid charges are treated under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Delinquent Accounts

We may suspend or limit the Service where an amount is overdue. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts and lawful costs caused by chargebacks or collection.

User Content

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service and provide requested integrations.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that it complies with law and connected-platform policies. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security or operational risk.

Service Availability

We work to keep Yeti reliable, but the Service may be interrupted by maintenance, internet failures, third-party platforms or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and may modify or discontinue features.

Proprietary Rights

Except for User Content, IncrediBee Private Limited and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, trademarks and documentation. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

Third-Party Links & Services

Yeti may link to or integrate with services such as Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Google, Shopify and payment providers. Your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, content, security or modifications.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify IncrediBee Private Limited, its officers, employees and agents against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable platform rules.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet every requirement or be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncrediBee Private Limited and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the affected Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Term & Termination

These Terms apply from your first access to the Service until terminated. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal or security risk, non-payment, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service, by email, or by updating this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
